.Our 4 superb youngsters, Sean Weddell, Tom Law, Alex Cochrane and James Townsend who form the Javelin side finished second in division 4 having run a very close race with Walderslade Vikings. At the other end of the spectrum, our division 1 side Belfast having made a narrow escape last season, were unable to repeat that miracle and finished at the bottom and will need to establish themselves in division 2 next year in order to make their way back. Our flag ship Ark Royal finished a respectable 9th in the Premier. Cumberland, having won promotion last year to division 1, accredited themselves well to finish 6th. Second div 2 side Dorset finished 9 points clear of the relegation zone and will fight another day. In the 3rd division Endurance and Furious survived but Gannet were well out of their depth and slip down into the bottom division. In the 4th, Invincible were a creditable 4th, Kinross finished in 5th place and the "somewhat old fellas" of Hector enjoyed their highest placing for many a season by finishing 7th. The youngsters of Lincoln will have gained some valuable experience if not many points by finishing 2nd from the bottom.
